Redeemer thrives because of incredible people like you who dedicate their time, energy, and heart to our church family every day. No matter where you are on your spiritual journey or what you love to do, there is a place for you to make a difference here.

    Worship

    Our Worship Team is all about making space for us to welcome God together. Through music we help lead the church in praising God and opening up to what the Holy Spirit wants to do in our lives.

    If you play an instrument/sing, love worship and want to help others do the same, we would love to have you with us!

    PA / AV

    Behind every great service is a dedicated tech team. Our PA/AV crew manages the sound and visuals to help us praise God and welcome the Holy Spirit into our gatherings. If you are interested in the technical side of church and want to help make Sundays happen, we would love to get you plugged in.

    Full training will be given.

    Welcome

    Our Welcome Team plays a vital role in our Sunday services by greeting everyone with warmth and care as they arrive. By offering a friendly face and a helping hand, the team helps create an environment where people feel at home and ready to engage in worship and community.

    We’re looking for friendly, approachable people who desire to help others feel seen, valued and comfortable. If you enjoy helping people feel at ease and love creating a welcoming atmosphere, this is a great place to serve.

    Refreshments

    Our Refreshment Team sets the tone for Sunday mornings by serving hot drinks and refreshments before and after the service. From the moment adults and children walk through the door, this team helps everyone relax, connect, and feel right at home. It is all about creating a friendly space where community can grow.

    We’re looking for friendly, practical people who enjoy serving others with warmth and a smile.

    Set Up

    The Set Up Team looks after the heavy lifting on Sunday mornings. We put out the chairs and tables before the service, and pack them away once everything wraps up. It is a relaxed, low-profile role that makes a huge difference.

    If you like staying active and quietly getting things done, this is the spot for you!

    Kids Team

    Our Kids Team is all about helping children encounter God, explore the Bible, and grow in faith. We want every child to feel welcomed, valued, and excited to learn about Jesus.

    If you are warm, energetic and excited to disciple and invest in the next generation, we would love to have you. We will guide you through the required DBS, reference, and safeguarding process.

    Youth Team

    Our Youth Team is all about helping teenagers explore faith, ask questions, and build friendships. Our heart is to see them grow close to Jesus, discover their gifts, and disciple others.

    If you are warm, energetic, and love investing in the next generation, we would love to have you. We will guide you through the required DBS, reference, and safeguarding process.
